The AlternC control panel is a set of tools to simplify the management of hosting services. It is Free Software distributed under the GNU GPL license.

The control panel is accessible through a web interface and allows to manage the users, web services (domains, e-mail accounts, FTP accounts, statistics, ...). Each user has its own personal panel to manage its account.

This documentation, intended for the users of AlternC accounts, aims to help them to appropriate the control panel so that they may use the most out of their AlternC account.

Many contributors have participated to develop and improve AlternC, such as L'Autre Net, Globenet, Eitic, Koumbit, Metaconsult, Neuronnexion, DomainePublic?, as well as many students.

AlternC was initially written by developers from groups and companies such as L'autre Net, Eitic, Koumbit, Octopuce, Neuronnexion and many others.
